Most VA disability services address one point in the process.
But what happens after VA makes a decision?
What if you receive an increase, but you are still not appropriately rated for other conditions? What if a condition is denied? What if new evidence becomes available? What if one decision changes which claim should be addressed next?
That's where Continuum is different.
For a one-time flat fee of $2,000, JS Veteran Solutions provides comprehensive claim preparation and remains involved as your VA disability strategy evolves.
Instead of purchasing another strategy package every time your circumstances change, we review the outcome, reassess the bigger picture, and help you understand the next appropriate step.
One investment. An evolving strategy. Continued support.
What Makes Continuum Different?
Our standard packages are designed to accomplish a defined service or stage of the VA disability process.
That's intentional.
A Veteran who only needs education should not have to pay for comprehensive claim preparation. Someone who only needs a case appraisal should not have to purchase C&P preparation.
Continuum is designed for something different.
It is for the Veteran who wants comprehensive assistance now and continued strategic involvement afterward.
Standard Packages
You purchase the level of assistance you need.
The service is completed within that package's defined scope.
If your VA decision later creates the need for substantial new review, reassessment, or a different strategy, additional services may be necessary.
Continuum
We begin with comprehensive preparation and continue reassessing your overall VA disability strategy as decisions are made and circumstances change.
You don't purchase another JS Veteran Solutions strategy package simply because your overall plan needs to be reassessed.

C&P Examination Preparation
We help you understand the purpose of the examination, the information commonly addressed, and how to communicate your actual symptoms and functional limitations accurately and completely. Preparation may include:
- Mock C&P interview
- Review of the condition being evaluated
- Discussion of the symptoms you currently experience
- Identification of real-life functional limitations
- Guidance on accurately explaining frequency, severity, duration, and impact
- Review of commonly addressed examination topics
- Preparation for discussing relevant medical and service history
- Examination preparation guide
We do not tell Veterans what symptoms to report or what to say to obtain a particular rating. Our role is to help you understand your own history and symptoms so that you can communicate them accurately.
Then Continuum Continues
This is where the program separates itself from our standard packages.
When VA responds, we don't automatically consider the engagement finished.
We can review the new outcome and reassess the overall strategy.
Continued support may include:
- Review of subsequent VA rating decisions
- Reassessment following grants
- Reassessment following denials
- Review following partial increases
- Review of deferred conditions
- Updated analysis of your overall disability picture
- Identification of remaining appropriate opportunities
- Reconsideration of claim sequencing
- Evaluation of potential increases when supported
- Evaluation of potential secondary conditions when supported
- Strategy development for subsequent appropriate claims
- C&P preparation for subsequent claims pursued through the program
- Continued strategic consultations when reasonably necessary
- Modification of your roadmap as your evidence and ratings evolve
We don't simply ask, “What happened to this claim?”
We ask, “Based on what happened, what makes sense now?”

Elite or Continuum?
This will likely be the most important decision for Veterans considering the program.
Choose Elite if...
You want our highest level of assistance preparing your current claim.
Elite provides comprehensive strategy, documentation preparation, C&P preparation, and final readiness review.
Investment: $1,400
Choose Continuum if...
You want everything necessary for comprehensive preparation and you want JS Veteran Solutions to remain involved after the initial claim cycle.
If the VA's decision changes the picture, we reassess it.
If another legitimate claim becomes appropriate, we help develop the strategy.
If another C&P examination occurs for a claim being pursued through the program, we help you prepare again.
You aren't paying the additional $600 for another document. You're paying for continuity.
Investment: $2,000 one-time flat fee
What Does “Ongoing” Actually Mean?
Continuum is intended to provide continued strategic support through multiple appropriate claim stages.
It does not mean unlimited administrative work or unlimited on-demand appointments.
It also does not mean that JS Veteran Solutions will continue recommending claims simply because a Veteran has not reached 100%.
Continued strategy must have a legitimate basis.
We will not recommend:
- A condition the Veteran does not actually have
- Symptoms the Veteran does not actually experience
- A claim without a reasonable factual basis
- Repeated substantially identical claims without a reasonable evidentiary or strategic basis
- Exaggerating symptoms or functional limitations
- Pursuing a particular percentage regardless of what the evidence supports
Our goal is not to manufacture a path to 100%.
Our goal is to make sure legitimate opportunities are identified, understood, appropriately documented, and strategically addressed.
What If I Reach 100%?
If VA ultimately awards a 100% disability evaluation, the primary rating-development objective of the Continuum Program has been achieved.
At that point, we can review the decision with you and help you understand the outcome and any remaining considerations within the scope of the program.
Continuum should not encourage unnecessary additional claims simply because ongoing services were purchased.
Third-Party Services
The $2,000 fee covers services provided directly by JS Veteran Solutions.
Outside expenses are not included and remain the Veteran's responsibility.
These may include independent medical examinations, medical opinions or nexus opinions, diagnostic testing, medical records fees, provider charges, legal representation, or other third-party professional services.
When outside evidence or professional services may be helpful, we can explain why they may be relevant so that you can decide whether you want to obtain them.
Important: No Outcome Is Guaranteed
No individual or company can guarantee that VA will approve a claim or assign a particular disability percentage.
JS Veteran Solutions does not guarantee:
- Service connection
- Claim approval
- A particular disability percentage
- A rating increase
- Permanent and Total status
- Individual Unemployability
- A 100% VA disability rating
VA makes disability determinations based on applicable law, evidence, examinations, and the individual facts of each Veteran's case.
Continuum provides education, preparation, documentation assistance, and ongoing strategic consulting.
One Investment. An Evolving Strategy.
You shouldn't have to start over every time your VA disability picture changes.
With Continuum, the question isn't simply whether your first claim succeeds.
The question is:
What does the evidence support now, and what is the appropriate next step?
